OCxDaddy!GermanyxReader: Baby Berlin
You sped through your notes for English when your pencil lead snapped. Then the bell rang meaning get the fuck out of the school bitches! You sighed then saw Germany packing his stuff at a super fast mode.
"Hey Luddy, can I come over today and borrow your notes?" You asked. He looked up grunted then continued to pack up.
"Nein, but you can borrow them for the night." He said pushing the notebook closer to you.
You looked at him and pouted. "But Luddy, I haven't gone to your house ever since Feliciana broke up with you. Why not?" You asked. He blushed a little but continued with what he was doing.
"Because I said so. And that's the end of it Name. I don't need you at my house ontop of me dealing vith Gilbert and raising Ber-" he stopped instantly then picked up the pace immensely to packing up. And in no time he was done and walking out the door.
You sat there and blinked. Then packed up your stuff and pulled out your phone from your back pocket. Then began texting Gilbert aka your way in getting into Ludwig's house.
"Hallo Name." He texted back in a couple seconds flat.
"Can I come over? Please!"
"Oh so that's what this is about. Because if I knew better I would think west told you no. Well then OF COURSE YOU CAN! I mean like get a ride from America or Denmark, they're coming over too." You mentally fist pumped then looked over to the back of the class seeing Alfred playing games on his phone. You then texted back to Gilbert saying thanks then approached the gaming American.
"Hey Al, I need a ride to the Beilshmidt estates. Mind playing hero?" You asked him, slinging your backpack over your shoulder.
He looked up and gave you his hero smile. "Yeah girl! I was about to go there anyways. Hope ya don't mind but Matthias is going to be with us." You laughed.
"As long as the 'king' doesn't mind me having shotgun." You said. Alfred laughed with you.
"We'll he prefers the backseat when your with us instead of Gilbert. So I'm sure he won't kind at all." He said turning his phone off and stuffing it into his back pocket. Alfred gathered his items then nudged his head to the door. "Lets go shall we?" He said.
You and your American friend were in the car waiting for a certain Dane to show up. After a moment of silence you spoke up.
"So when was the last time you went over to Gilbert's house?" You asked. Alfred thought a moment then answered.
"Umm a week before Ludwig's girlfriend dumped him. Gilbert never told me why but he said Ludwig just didn't need anyone over." He answered. You looked at him amazed.
"So we're in the same boat then. Germany is my best friend and he hasn't let me come over since then." You looked at your hands. Alfred gave you a pitty look.
"Aw, that's no fun. Well I'm happy Gilbert finally is letting us come over." He said. You nodded then the backseat door opened and Matthias came in.
"HEJ MY HOMIES!" He shouted. Matthias closed the door and spread his arms across the back seat propping them up on the chair. He gave a smug smile to you and Alfred. Being the immature people you are Al fist pumped and got the car on and you punched in the music.
Alfred drove you out of the parking lot. Once you guys made it out onto the main road a new song kicked on.
"What is love? Baby don't hurt me no more." The speakers sung. Your trio all shot looks to one another then started to do the dance. It was something the three of you guys did as a staple of your friendship. Not that you didn't like Gilbert or anything but these car rides were so much better when he wasn't there.
The three of you were laughing so hard by the time you made it to your destination. Gilbert was sitting at the porch waiting for you but his eyes were shut tightly and his fingers were in his ears. You turned off the music and heard faint crying noises. Like a baby or something. You looked at Alfred and Matthias who only shrugged then you three piled out of the car.
You approached the albino on the porch only to notice the crying was even louder there and tapped on Gilbert's shoulder.
"Uh? Gilbert we're here." You said. He opened his eyes and took his fingers out of his ears and smiled but in a second his clasped his hands back onto his ears trying to muffle the baby's cries.
"Yo dude what's with the crying? You guys watching Bella for the Vargas brothers again?" Alfred asked hopefully to get an answer. Gilbert shook his head glumly.
"Oh? Then is kiku and his sister here again?" Denmark asked hoping for a better answer. Again Gilbert shook his head.
"Is it Paris and France here?" You asked. And for the third time Gilbert shook his head. He looked up to you.
"Name, your good with kids right? You are a girl after all." He asked. You raised your eyebrows and nodded. "Well I shouldn't be the one to tell you guys but come in and maybe west will explain it for you." He said finally taking off his hands from his ears when the crying ceased. The Prussian went to the door and opened it. Motioning you three to follow him in.
You entered the house and saw a very exhausted Ludwig in the living room rocking a baby with its head on his shoulder back to sleep. Your heart shattered at the sight of your best friend and the other two blonds standing beside you had their jaws dropped. You looked at Ludwig again and saw why. Hint there was a baby with him. You looked to Gilbert for explanation.
"Oh that's my nephew. He's the representative of Berlin Germany. Aka West's baby boy." He said. "He's also the reason why you guys haven't come over in forever, heck you guys are the first to see him. Not even Italy or Japan have seen Berlin it's been that bad." Your eyes widened. Ludwig had a son?
Germany had heard his brother talking then looked up from his son. He blushed as his eyes widened. You were there and looking right at him.
"N-name i told you not to come over. Vhy did you not listen to me?" He said returning his gaze to Berlin.
"Because you've been avoiding me from coming over forever. And why didn't you tell me?" You stated back not noticing that the awesome trio had escaped up the stair case located next to you.
"Because I didn't want you too see me so weak. This is the first time in forever that things have been slightly normal since Feliciana dumped Berlin on me." The German said now rubbing the young city's small fragile back. You came in closer.
"What's his name?" You asked getting a better look at the small child. Ludwig gave you a puzzled look. "Ya know like his human name."
Ludwig looked down back to his small city. "We'll I've been calling him Berlin as long as I can remember but his name is Axel, Axel Beilshmidt." He answered. You were face to face with the small child up in Ludwig's arms. Axel opened his eyes. They were darker than his dad's but still a rich blue color almost like sapphires.
"He has really pretty eyes Luddy." You told him. You saw the baby smile and he even gave a giggle.
"Vell, that may be true but I've known someone else vith even prettier eyes." He said you looked up from the small child to Germany's face.
"Who?" You asked. Practically begging for more info.
"That vould be you liebe." He answered as you blushed. "Name I've wanted to tell you for so long but when Berlin was dropped on me after Feliciana left I couldn't because I didn't want you to be as worn out as I've been. Name ich leibe dich."
You gave him a hug but being careful with the baby in his arms. "Luddy I love you too." He wrapped an arm around your waist keeping the other to hold up Axel. You stayed in the hug for a few minutes then Berlin started to cry. Ludwig broke the hug and started to rock Berlin more. You just watched amazed.
"Hey Luddy can I help?" You asked just dying to hold Axel. He nodded and handed you the crying child and you easily got the kid back to a giggling state again. You looked back to Germany but he wasn't there.
"Behind you." He said. You turned around and saw him sitting on the couch and smiled. Then you sat beside him keeping a good hold on Axel.
"Hey Germany, I'm glad I've come over today."
"I'm glad you did too. It's been forever since he's been that calm." He said. You kept holding the giggling boy in your arms and thought for a moment, to think that your best friend is now your boyfriend. And to think that this small little boy is what changed that.
